Problems With Leawo Video Converter, When Converting Avi To Mp4 -iphone Movie The Sound Is Off?

The movie converts to an mp4 but the sound is always off, I get audio but it’s not synched correctly with the movie and it makes it really difficult to watch the film because the film is ahead of the actual film (hope that makes sense). Any idea how to fix this? I’ve converted more than one movie and have gotten this result so I know it’s not the file…
